protein sweet treat
Ingredients (makes 6 cups)
- 1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- dash of cinnamon
Cookie of choice
butter or coconut oil melted
chocolate melted
1. Blend the ingredients above together and set aside. Make sure you don’t over blend or the mixture will be too runny!
2. Create the cookie crust by mashing up your favorite cookies (I am using siete cookies) and add melted butter or coconut oil.
3. Firmly press the cookies into the bottom of each muffin tin and add the protein mixture on top.
4. Finish each cup off with a layer of chocolate or a chocolate drizzle and place in the freezer until solid.
5. Remove from the freezer and let the cups thaw for 2 minutes before eating! ❤️
