Salmon Bowl


Ingredients:

Salmon
Dijon mustard
Coconut sugar
Smoked paprika
Thyme
salt
pepper

peach salad
1 3/4 cup peaches chopped
2 cups cucumber chopped
1 cup blueberries,
1 cup apple, chopped
1/3 cup pistachios
handful of basil

Greens ( favorite salad mix)
avocado
Balsamic dressing


1. coat your salmon in dijon mustard & season with coconut sugar, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. place your salmon in the airfryer at 375F for 12 to 15min.
4. chop 1 3/4 cup peaches, 2 cups cucumber, 1 cup apple, 1 cup jicama, 1 cup blueberries, & add to your bowl.
5. add 1/3 cup pistachios & handful of basil.
6. place your favorite lettuce into your bowl, add the peach salad along with avocado (I keep this separate so the peach salad stores better in the fridge)
7. add your salmon & top with balsamic dressing 🤍
