Watermelon Salad

Salmon Bowl

Ingredients: Salmon Dijon mustard Coconut sugar Smoked paprika Thyme salt pepper peach salad 1 3/4 cup peaches chopped 2 cups cucumber chopped 1 cup blueberries, 1 cu p apple, chopped 1/3 cup pistachios handful of basil Greens ( favorite salad mix) avocado Balsamic dressing 1. coat your salmon in dijon mustard & season with coconut sugar, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. place your salmon in the airfryer at 375F for 12 to 15min. 4. chop 1 3/4 cup peaches, 2 cups cucumber, 1 cup apple, 1 cup jicama, 1 cup blueberries, & add to your bowl. 5. add 1/3 cup pistachios & handful of basil. 6. place your favorite lettuce into your bowl, add the peach salad along with avocado (I keep this separate so the peach salad stores better in the fridge) 7. add your salmon & top with balsamic dressing 🤍 Instagram

protein sweet treat

  Ingredients (makes 6 cups) - 1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 scoop vanilla protein - 1 tbsp peanut butter - dash of cinnamon Cookie of choice butter or coconut oil melted chocolate melted  1. Blend the ingredients above together and set aside. Make sure you don’t over blend or the mixture will be too runny! 2. Create the cookie crust by mashing up your favorite cookies (I am using siete cookies) and add melted butter or coconut oil. 3. Firmly press the cookies into the bottom of each muffin tin and add the protein mixture on top. 4. Finish each cup off with a layer of chocolate or a chocolate drizzle and place in the freezer until solid. 5. Remove from the freezer and let the cups thaw for 2 minutes before eating! ❤️ Instagram

 Ingredients: medium chopped Onion 3 cloves Garlic chopped Olive oil salt pepper can of northern beans 1/2 cup Cashews  1 cup of broth 1/4 cup nutritional yeast juice from 1 lemon Broccoli head chopped finely.   Pasta of choice cooked to box instructions Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and sauté onions and garlic, add salt and pepper.  In blender add a can of drained northern beans, the cashews, 1 cup of broth, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the onions and garlic. blend till smooth. In pan, sauté broccoli in olive oil and a splash of broth and a few drops of lemon juice. sauté till broccoli is softened.  Add blended sauce to the pan, let heat up. Ingredients: Sweet potatoes Olive oil Ground Cinnamon Smoked paprika Ground beef taco seasoning cheese beans Olives pineapple mini sweet peppers Avocado Cilantro Lime juice Directions 1. wash and cut your sweet potatoes into “discs.” 2. drizzle with olive oil and season with ground cinnamon and smoked paprika. 3. place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 400F for 20 - 25 minutes (until golden brown). 4. while your sweet potatoes are in the oven, make your ground beef (I like to add siete taco seasoning and cheese to the beef). 5. pull the sweet potato nachos out of the oven, add cheese and beans, and then put them back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. 6. add all of your other toppings (I like olives, pineapple, mini sweet peppers, avocado, red onion, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice).  Instagram  - link to the creator of this recipe.  #HealthyRecipes #Gracie_Norton #Godstemple #Gethealthy
